Last week it was announced that retired attorney and former Capitol South executive director John Rosenberger had been hired by the city of Columbus
and the Franklin County Convention Facilities Authority to help guide the negotiations that ultimately should help bail the Columbus Blue Jackets out of their financial quagmire.
The news came as a relief to Stephen Buser, the Ohio State emeritus professor of finance who had been commissioned by the Columbus Chamber to research and report a number of possible solutions to help stem the Blue Jackets’ bleeding. That financial framework was released a month ago.
